Food Intolerance Packages
Empowering you to take control of your health
There has been a significant rise in food intolerance in recent years and it is now thought that up to 45% of the population are experiencing adverse reactions as a result of food intolerance.
Symptoms can include bloating, IBS, constipation, diarrhoea, migraines, nausea, skin problems, fatigue, stomach cramps and headaches.
FoodPrint® is a comprehensive and highly sensitive laboratory test detecting food-specific IgG antibodies in the blood, which can be associated with food sensitivity. A finger prick sample is sent to the CNS lab, with results returned within 2 weeks, empowering you to take control of your health.
Do you suspect something you are eating is causing you unpleasant symptoms but you can’t pinpoint the culprit?

The Difference between a Food Intolerance and a Food Allergy
Food Allergy
Food intolerance differs from a food allergy. An allergic reaction to food is known as an IgE-mediated food allergy. Food allergies happen when the immune system – the body’s defence against infection – mistakenly treats proteins found in food as a threat.
The symptoms of a food allergy almost always develop within a few seconds or minutes and can include rashes and hives, swelling of the face, difficulty swallowing, feeling sick or vomiting and in severe cases, anaphylaxis. Although allergic reactions are often mild, they can be very serious in the case of anaphylaxis and if you have a true allergy then you probably already know about it and are being supported by a doctor.
Food intolerance
Food intolerance symptoms are varied. They occur when you experience a food-specific IgG reaction which is referred to as intolerance or sensitivity to a particular food or drink. This is an immune response and the body can produce a range of inflammatory responses if it incorrectly identifies a specific food or drink as a threat. Symptoms§ can also occur 8-72 hours after consuming food.
Symptoms associated with food intolerance vary in severity but can include:
Bloating, IBS, constipation, diarrhoea, migraines, nausea, skin problems, fatigue, stomach cramps and headaches.
Take the guesswork out of your diet
Do you feel confused or overwhelmed at the thought of potentially cutting specific foods out of your diet in the hope it might resolve your symptoms?
The complex way food affects our lives is an emerging area and identifying which foods could be causing symptoms can be difficult.
Food intolerance testing cuts out any guesswork so you can implement change and start seeing immediate results. It offers a fast track solution to identifying your trigger foods and this knowledge helps to guide nutritional and lifestyle modifications to maintain or restore optimal health and wellbeing.
It is possible to eliminate the offending food(s) from the diet for a period of time and then gradually re-introduce them when symptoms have improved.
Improve your gut health and immune system
Your gut is home to 70% of your immune system. You can support your gut health by removing ingredients from your diet that may be causing adverse symptoms.
It is possible to become deficient in essential nutrients when eliminating foods – this is why I don’t recommend doing intolerance testing without the support of a professional.
By working with me you will be advised on how to replace any food groups or nutrients to ensure your health is not negatively impacted by dietary changes.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or on medication then please let me know and we can discuss if testing is suitable.
Laboratory tests are provided by Cambridge Diagnostics, who offer premium quality diagnostic testing.
