Has your busy lifestyle started to take its toll? Is it time to reset and invest in your own health and wellbeing for a change? 

This programme will teach you how to nourish your body and mind and regain control of your life so you can feel energised and full of vitality.

With my personal attention, we will work together to create a personalised, tailored program with clear and realistic advice to help you achieve your personal health goals.

This programme will typically run over 6-8 weeks. We will work on your goals together and go at a pace that works for you so you can form long lasting habits.

 

 

How does the programme work?

I use a detailed questionnaire which you will complete before our call as a base for further investigation.  We will discuss your case history, medications, family history and current diet and lifestyle. Together we will agree on your health goals for the consultation and discuss a realistic programme for you to follow.

I may suggest functional laboratory tests and/or supplements if I think they will be beneficial (any supplementation or testing will be an additional cost.).

Included in this programme are 6 x video consultations – 1x 60 minute + 5 x 45 minutes and unlimited email support. 

The investment for this service is – £579

Programme Features

Session #1

  • 60 – minute video call.
  • An explanation of my understanding of your health concerns.
  • A discussion of foods that may be contributing to your health issues.
  • Suggestions of foods that may help alleviate your symptoms and the link explained.
  • A detailed nutritional programme including diet and lifestyle recommendations tailored to suit you.
  • Advice and support on ihow you can mporve your relationship with food
  • Supporting materinal and handouts 
  • The recommendation of any laboratory tests and supplementation if I think they would be beneficial.

Session #2-4

  • 45-minute video calls.
  • Troubleshooting
  • What  additional support do you need?
  • Additional recommendations
  • Handouts to help you understand and implement changes.
  • Test results if necessary
  • Review of supplements if necessary 

Session #5-6

  • 45-minute video call.
  • A full review of the programme.
  • Adaptation of the programme in light of any difficulties experienced in following it.
  • Review of any new symptoms/change in circumstances.
  • A detailed nutritional and lifestyle programme for the next stage of your journey.
