What's included in the programme?
You will receive a product kit delivered to your door. The kit includes a comprehensive information pack detailing recipes, food lists, menu plans, FAQ's, data collection sheets for you to fill in and 5 supplements. All of the supplements have been specifically included to help support the gastrointestinal tract, your liver function and they contain high levels of antioxidant which can help with free radical damage.
You will also get unlimited access to a private Facebook group I will be running. You can ask any questions you have before and during the 14 day programme here and you will also receive additional support and tips in this group.
There is no going hungry either. The programme eliminates foods that are potentially allergenic and can cause digestive irritation, but there are plenty of foods you can eat along with recipes and a meal plan with no restriction on quantity.

Is this programme for me?

Lindsey is an experienced Nutritional Therapist with a holistic approach to her practice. She specialises in supporting individuals who suffer from stress & fatigue and her aim is to make healthy living as uncomplicated as possible.
